I recently sold a property in City Beach with Michelle and have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective seller. Having sold a few houses in the last 5 years, I found her to differ to other agents in her willingness to 'go the extra mile'. She undertook some gardening at her own expense, put some small items in the empty house for presentation, made some very good recommendations about how best to present the property and was prepared to open Saturday and Sunday.
